    • Once you place the order, the fresh butter will be prepared for you from scratch within 24-48 hrs., Then it’ll be dispatched within 24 hrs. and will be delivered to your place within 3-5 working days. Yet we always try to deliver it as early as possible. The delivery time of the order may vary depending upon the location of the customer. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time & in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

    • Yes, we offer free home delivery for our products. This service is available across India, so you can enjoy our pure and fresh nut butter from the comfort of your home without any additional delivery charges.

    • Currently, we do not offer express delivery options. However, if you have any special requests, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    • Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    • After your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details so you can easily keep track of your package.

    • We use a variety of premium quality nuts, including almonds, cashews, peanuts, and pistachios, to make our nut butters.

    • No, we don’t add any of those things. Our nut butters are made with 100% pure nuts and are free from any artificial ingredients. Our goal is to promote healthy eating habits by providing 100% pure and fresh food options.

    • Yes, definitely! We offer customization options where you can choose your preferred nut blend and texture. Please contact us for the same.

    • Yes, the Himalayan salt we add to our peanut butter is Sendha namak, and it is suitable for consumption during fasting. In fact, it is a healthy salt option that can be used in your daily cooking as well.

We don’t add any artificial chemicals, colors, flavors, fragrances, binders, emulsifiers, additives, or preservatives to our nut butters. We also offer free home delivery across India, and you can trust that your personal details and online payment are secure with us as we use the trusted Razor pay platform for online transactions.     • Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    • Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact us and we will assist you in canceling your order. If you have already made an online payment, we will initiate a refund which should be processed within 3-5 working days. However, if 24 hours have passed since the order was placed, it cannot be cancelled.

    • If you wish to return your order, we apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept returns for food products. However, if you have any concerns regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will make every effort to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.

    • We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.

    • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets, including UPI and internet banking. Additionally, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD), although a small charge of ₹50/- applies for Cash on Delivery option.
